An online language learning platform was receiving a high volume of emails related to tech issues from teachers while in class. Many of these issues affected the quality of the classes.


The results from the needs analysis showed that each teacher was their own information silo and some had more tech capabilities than others. I designed a job aid that shows the steps to solve common tech problems. With this reference, teachers were able troubleshoot their tech problems quickly and independently.
