Cultural Exchange Leader Expectations and Best Practices IDD

I designed this proposal for an eLearning course with scenario-based training. It will allow cultural exchange leaders to prepare for their upcoming trip at a time and setting that works best for them. It is also a scalable solution for a growing company that remotely manages leaders across the country.
