Challenge

My mom retired and needed to set up her own personal email account. She had never used Gmail before and was feeling quite lost.

Solution

For older demographics, in-person technology training tends to work best. However, the pandemic made it impossible for me to visit her so I decided to make her a video tutorial instead. Mom is now back in action and flooding my inbox!
